ABOUT TRAILHEAD

A MESSAGE FROM OUR PASTOR

         CONNECT WITH ME:

FIRST...THANK YOU FOR CHECKING US OUT! WE'RE PRETTY EXCITED ABOUT WHAT GOD IS DOING AT TRAILHEAD AND WE'RE GLAD TO HAVE THE CHANCE TO SHARE THAT WITH YOU.

Wellington still has a lot of small town charm.  It still has more of a "community" feel rather than a "city" feel.  And we like that.

In much the same way, we think the church should feel like and reflect the best parts of the community.  So, we hope that you'll join us at Trailhead.  And when you do, we expect that you will be welcomed in like friends.  After all, that's the way God welcomes all of us.  He wants us to feel at home in His presence.  He is eager for us to be a part of His community.

Trailhead doesn't exist to have the best show in town or to beat people over the head with religion. We just want to pursue the things of God together...in very authentic ways.  We want to love God well.  We want to love people well.  And we want to walk in the ways of Jesus.

Will you journey with us?

Give to people out of love, even if they don't deserve it.  That's the way Jesus treats us and it's the way we want to relate to the world around us.

Kick instant gratification to the curb because you deserve better.

Jesus gave the church one primary command...make disciples.  As it relates to making disciples, we always want to plan for more.
